Are you an experienced and dynamic Team Manager with a passion for leading and inspiring teams in safeguarding and assessment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in  West County. 

As the Team Manager of our Safeguarding/Assessment Team, you'll be the captain of the ship, steering our dedicated team towards excellence in child protection and assessment services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a skilled team of social workers.
  • Overseeing and ensuring the quality of safeguarding assessments.
  • Collaborating with partners, professionals, and families to achieve positive outcomes for children.
